Eligibility Criteria for NDA exam 2017 – 2018

Nationality: A candidate must be either (i) a citizen of India, or ii) a subject of Bhutan, or (iii) a subject of Nepal or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1 1962 with the intention of settling permanently in India, or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and African countries in eastern Kenya , Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of settling permanently in India

Provided that the previous candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) must be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the government. India

the armed wing of the National Defence Academy: Class 12 pass 10 + 2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University
Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and the + 2 Cadet Scheme 10 Entry in the Naval Academy India spend 12 Class Model 10 + 2 or equivalent secondary education with physics and mathematics led conducted by a board State education or University
Candidates appearing in Class 12 under the 10 + 2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this exam
